Responsibilities
Conduct PM driver check-ins
Conduct ride-behinds
Review performance results with drivers and management
Identify gaps and support training solutions
Provide hands-on support and problem resolution in the field
Support warehouse operations as needed
Provide on-site leadership during peak PM activity
Hold drivers accountable and make real-time decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership or team-training experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to de-escalate customer concerns
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to pass background and DOT requirements
English fluency required
Preferred
Experience in final-mile delivery or logistics
Appliance installation experience (refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ovens, etc.)
Spanish bilingual preferred
