Qualification
Required
Degree in Architecture (min 4 year undergrad)
Passion for high-end residential architecture
Experience with permit and construction documents for new and remodel SFD projects
Ability to problem solve with principal guidance
Detail oriented and organized
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Authorized to work in the US & Living in Los Angeles area
Experience with the following software: Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe CS
Preferred
Experience with residential building construction documents is a plus
