Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for continuously enhancing the vision for client operations process to reflect evolving needs of firm clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders by providing clear, timely, and transparent communications
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions
Assist in the preparation of presentations, press releases, and other materials for investor meetings, conferences, and earnings calls
Lead the maintenance of investor interactions, CRM tracking investor interactions, as well as updating the public IR website
Partner with Head of Dept with regards organizing roadshows, conferences, client meetings and client update calls
Coordinate investor events such as earnings calls, non-deal roadshows, and calls with key investors
Manage and track the investor (CRM) database and all inbound investor requests
Profile client base and prepare a strategic investor plan
Review client quarterly reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
In charge of investor communication for annual and quarterly reporting of fund track records
Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree with at least 2+ years of Financial Services/Private Equity Accounting/Finance or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Modeling Formulas
Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, PowerPoint
Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven dynamic environment
Innovative and creative thinker
Must be detail oriented

Preferred

FINRA Series 7/66 strongly preferred
