Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end RCM processes, with a primary focus on claims follow-up, denials management, and collections
Drive immediate improvements in cash flow by aggressively working aging AR and underpaid or unpaid claims
Establish consistent workflows, tracking, and accountability across billing and collections activities
Analyze payer behavior, denial trends, and AR performance; implement corrective actions quickly
Partner with finance, billing, and clinical stakeholders to remove operational barriers to reimbursement
Create clear visibility into RCM performance through metrics, reporting, and actionable insights
Ensure compliance with payer requirements and healthcare regulations while optimizing reimbursement

Required

Proven healthcare RCM leadership experience with a track record of improving collections and reducing AR

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to diagnose issues and implement solutions quickly
Experience supporting growing or evolving healthcare organizations
