Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of MRI Software solutions
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex client engagements
Design and develop MRI customizations using the MRI Development Toolkit
Build and maintain solutions involving Report Writer, database design, and workflow automation
Design and support integrations between MRI and third-party systems
Review technical designs and code to ensure best practices, performance, and scalability
Support MRI implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives from a technical perspective
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level technical consultants
Support pre-sales efforts by assisting with technical scoping and solution design, as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on MRI Software experience in a technical or consulting role
Strong expertise with the MRI Development Toolkit, including: Report Writer, Database design and SQL, Web design, Workflow engine development
Proven experience designing and delivering MRI customizations and integrations
Strong understanding of MRI Web (SaaS) architecture and technical considerations
Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services environment
Ability to balance hands-on technical work with technical leadership responsibilities
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience with New Agora Toolkit (plus)
Experience supporting commercial and/or residential property management systems
Exposure to APIs, web services, and data integration patterns
Experience across mixed-use, office, retail, multifamily, or industrial portfolios
Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams
