Qualification
Required
Certified Private Capital Analyst
Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
Ability to perform work in categories they are approved for
Score 70%+ in at least one category on the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Independent contractor status (not employment)
Hourly + deal-based compensation
Preferred
Senior Analyst (Score 90–100): Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior consulting (5+ years)
Lead Analyst (Score 80–89): 3–5 years of deal or modeling experience
Analyst / Associate Analyst (Score 60–79): Entry to mid-level with strong technical performance
