Responsibilities
Lead Agile planning and execution across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Own backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and provide delivery transparency
Track delivery metrics, identify risks, and remove blockers
Maintain roadmaps, status reporting, and delivery documentation
Champion Agile best practices and servant leadership
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's + 8 years experience (or equivalent combinations)
Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Proven backlog management and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience leading technical projects in at least one listed domain
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
Preferred
Experience with FAA, DOT, or aviation authorities
Background in NAS or FAA modernization programs
Agile or PM certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
Experience with federal or large-scale modernization initiatives
