Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations to ensure the Center runs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

Supporting outreach and marketing efforts related to studio rentals and identifying future rental opportunities and partnerships

Administering the studio rental program, including maintaining an accurate rental calendar, preparing spaces for renters, processing payments, and providing on-site support as needed

Serving as a point of contact for renters and partners, helping nurture a positive, welcoming experience for all users of the Center

Managing facilities systems including maintenance coordination, cleaning schedules, and vendor communication

Tracking inventory and ordering janitorial and building operations supplies

Responding to rental inquiries, providing accurate information and support

Required

Experience in facilities management or a related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

Alignment with the values of diversity, transparency, and accountability

Preferred
