Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end training programs (onboarding, technical upskilling, safety, SOPs) for field technicians and remote staff
Create interactive eLearning modules, microlearning assets and assessments using authoring tools and SCORM/xAPI packaging
Administer and optimize the LMS: user provisioning, course deployment, learner journeys and compliance tracking
Facilitate virtual instructor-led training (VILT), webinars and recorded sessions; maintain a calendar of ongoing learning events
Partner with operations, technical leads and subject-matter experts to perform training needs analysis and translate requirements into measurable curricula
Measure training effectiveness with learning analytics and feedback loops; iterate on content to improve performance metrics and reduce time-to-proficiency
