Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant technical stakeholders across yield, reliability, process, test, and integration teams
Support outbound outreach on LinkedIn and email using approved, founder-written messaging
Maintain thoughtful follow-up and keep early conversations warm
Qualify interest at a high level (fit, relevance, timing)
Coordinate and schedule conversations directly with the founder
Track outreach and engagement using a simple lead tracker or lightweight CRM
Qualification
Required
Is an experienced, technically mature engineer with exposure to complex engineering or manufacturing environments
Is comfortable engaging with senior engineering audiences
Understands engineering culture, pacing, and decision-making dynamics
Communicates clearly and precisely without overselling
Exercises strong judgment around confidentiality and message discipline
Is comfortable routing technical questions or deep dives directly to the founder
Preferred
Backgrounds that often align well include engineering, engineering management, technical program management, operations, quality, or reliability — though background matters less than judgment and communication
