Responsibilities

Provide global leadership and capability development across the products organisation
Align business objectives with performance management, incentives, and talent development
Lead quality planning, assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with sales and commercial teams to support growth through insight and reporting
Manage procurement and capital planning to meet short- and long-term business needs
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and commercial risks
Engage with regulators and external stakeholders as required

Required

Proven senior leadership experience within a global products, services, or industrial business
Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management experience
Demonstrated success in product strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, and profitability optimisation
Experience leading multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams
Solid understanding of HSE, quality, and regulatory frameworks in a safety-critical environment
Track record of driving operational excellence, cost control, and performance improvement
Ability to translate strategy into clear KPIs, reporting, and actionable insights
