Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed project finance models, including debt sculpting, DSCR/LLCR/PLCR analysis, multi-tranche waterfalls, and sensitivity scenarios
Analyze key commercial inputs such as feedgas supply, liquefaction capacity, EPC capex, construction schedules, and O&M structures
Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for senior management and the Board of Directors
Serve as a key point of contact in managing a multi-billion-dollar financing process
Partner across functions including Accounting, Legal, Regulatory, Construction, and Operations
Track, schedule, and prioritize external outreach with lenders, investors, and consultants
Contribute to the development and refinement of financial systems, templates, and processes
Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Office
Skilled in preparing materials for senior management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Self-starter and innovative thinker who identifies issues and drives solutions
Team-oriented and collaborative, thriving in a cross-functional environment
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
Preferred
MBA or CFA preferred
Experience in energy or infrastructure finance is a plus
VBA/Python a plus
