New GradWatchman AI is looking for a Student Social Media Ambassador to create engaging short-form videos for various platforms. The role involves scripting, shooting, and editing videos while maintaining a consistent voice and quality aligned with platform trends.

Responsibilities
Create short-form, native-feeling UGC videos for Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn (15–60s): hooks, talking-head, POV, trends, simple explainers, meme-style
Turn rough briefs into scripts, shoot footage, and deliver edited videos with captions, on-screen text, and basic motion/graphics
Produce multiple variations per concept and iterate based on performance feedback
Maintain a consistent voice and quality while staying on top of platform trends and formats
Deliver assets on a weekly cadence and keep files organized for handoff (raw + edited)
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to create UGC that feels organic and drives retention (portfolio or examples required)
Strong on-camera presence and clear storytelling
Comfortable creating content for professional audiences (founders, operators, analysts, experts)
Ability to work quickly, take direction, and self-manage with minimal supervision
