Responsible for all aspects of representation in family law cases, including court appearances, conducting research, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling cases related to family law, including divorces, custody and child support modifications, alimony issues, division of property, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and more
Qualification
Required
Negotiation skills
Experience in Family law
Research skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Georgia
Preferred
Previous experience in a law firm is a plus
