2+ years expDivi Resorts is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator to join their finance team. This role is crucial for managing essential AR and AP functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
Issue accurate, timely invoices to wholesalers and tour operators
Record daily cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts
Manage daily bank deposits and reconcile AR accounts
Lead collections efforts—follow up on overdue accounts with professionalism and persistence
Analyze AR reports, monitor aging balances, and address discrepancies
Respond quickly to customer billing inquiries and resolve issues
Process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvals
Schedule and execute payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues swiftly
Keep AP records up-to-date and audit-ready
Support financial reporting by providing accurate AP data
Review employee expense reports for policy compliance
Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and reporting
Partner with internal teams to streamline financial workflows
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial data
Jump into special projects and contribute wherever needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is a plus
2+ years of AR/AP or general accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or travel
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical thinking
Stellar time management and communication skills
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when needed
