Responsibilities
Program and optimize Swiss machines and multi-axis CNC lathes
Develop complete machining processes from prints and/or solid models
Create efficient tooling strategies and workholding solutions
Support setups, first articles, and on-machine troubleshooting
Maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality standards
Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve cycle times and repeatability
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Swiss and/or multi-axis lathe programming experience
Independent full program writing in Mastercam or Esprit
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T comprehension
Hands-on experience supporting machining processes at the machine
High attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
Preferred
Live tooling and sub-spindle experience
High-mix / low-volume or complex part environments
ISO or quality-focused shop background
