Bookkeeper
The Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper to support our growing nonprofit. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and supporting expense tracking and reconciliations while working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records
Work in QuickBooks (nonprofit experience a plus!)
Support expense tracking, reconciliations, and basic reporting
Be a trusted part of a mission-driven, highly collaborative team
Qualification
Required
Reliable and detail-oriented
Experience with maintaining accurate financial records
Comfortable with bookkeeping basics and QuickBooks
Ability to support expense tracking, reconciliations, and basic reporting
Organized and dependable
Enjoys being in the office and part of a team
Values purpose-driven work that supports families impacted by childhood-onset heart conditions
Must live in St. Louis and work in person
Preferred
Nonprofit experience in QuickBooks
