Proven expertise in Sales Management, team leadership, and driving sales performance
Proficiency in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
Knowledge of Sales Operations and implementing efficient processes
Excellent strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

MBA preferred
Experience in the landscaping, facilities management, or related industries is a plus
