Responsibilities
Manage and review client accounting work, primarily within QuickBooks
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients on accounting and financial questions
Supervise, review, and provide guidance to staff accountants
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with financial reporting, clean-up projects, and account reconciliations
Coordinate with internal tax and advisory teams to support client needs
Maintain organized workpapers and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a public accounting or client-facing accounting role
Strong QuickBooks experience
Experience reviewing or supervising staff work
Comfort communicating directly with business owners and client stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
