Responsibilities
Provide administrative oversight for hardware and software purchase, equipment tracking, software license tracking, and help with coverage of the Technology Support Services
Answer incoming calls to the YKHC mainline
Assist the Technology Department managers with white boards, purchase requests, scheduling meetings, typing and distributing meeting minutes, distributing mail, and training sessions
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Microsoft (MS) Windows, MS Office Professional required
Keyboard skills required
Driver's license required
To apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations
Knowledge of Specialized Software to provide administrative support and maintenance of the IT support center database application for call tracking and SLA requirements as well as Procurement of supplies and materials distributed by IT
