Required

Already advise CEOs, presidents, boards, or investment committees
Are regularly exposed to companies with serious capital and scale ambition
Want to prevent value destruction before it shows up in financials
Prefer influence without fiduciary exposure
Want upside aligned to real value protection and significant value creation
Value collaborating with other senior-level advisors, not operating teams

Benefits

6-15% non-vested equity on future growth
