Responsibilities

Proven ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex business and technical problems, including root cause analysis and impact assessment
Demonstrated capacity for rapid comprehension of new systems, business processes, and technical environments
Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology solutions
Strong background in managing and contributing to large-scale initiatives with significant business risk and visibility
Deep expertise in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including: o Test planning and strategy development o Writing and executing detailed test cases o Defect tracking and resolution o Coordinating with stakeholders to validate business requirements
Skills in eliciting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently or within a team setting
Analytical and research skills, with a focus on identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to solution delivery
Skilled in interpreting and applying complex data, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to business scenarios
Ability to synthesize large volumes of information quickly and accurately to support decision-making
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database tools, and presentation software
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including test case management, work item tracking, and release coordination
Familiarity with change management principles and their application in systems implementation and process improvement
