Responsibilities
Translate the company's strategic plan into specific operational objectives and ensure that all departments are aligned with and executing the strategy
Establish an effective strategic execution framework, track the achievement of strategic goals, and conduct regular strategic evaluations and adjustments
Ensure seamless integration of strategic and business objectives by optimizing operational processes and improving team execution capabilities
Evaluate existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and make necessary adjustments and optimizations
Design and promote cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms to ensure smooth information flow, rapid decision-making, and improved overall efficiency
During the company's rapid growth phase, ensure that the operational system can support rapid growth while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
Participate in the optimization design of the company's organizational structure, ensuring that strategic objectives effectively support the organizational structure and job roles
Promote collaborative cooperation among various functional departments and establish cross-departmental working mechanisms and communication platforms
Ensure that teams have clear roles and responsibilities to avoid duplication of work or waste of resources
Establish efficient data collection and analysis mechanisms to provide a scientific basis for strategic decision-making
Conduct regular strategic reviews, evaluate execution effectiveness based on data, and adjust strategic direction in a timely manner
Ensure that the company, during its rapid development, can track key indicators through data and make real-time adjustments and optimizations
Develop resource planning strategies to ensure that company resources (human resources, materials, funds, etc.) maximize support for strategic implementation
Coordinate resource allocation among departments, optimize budgets and cash flow, and ensure that investments are closely aligned with strategic objectives
During key business launch phases, ensure the efficiency of resource allocation and alignment with strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
Over 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management, having participated in at least one complete process from strategic planning to execution
Able to clearly explain how to translate strategic objectives into daily operations and how to ensure seamless integration between strategy and operations
Possessing excellent cross-departmental coordination and organizational design capabilities, able to drive efficient execution of the company's overall strategy in complex business environments
Able to make effective decisions in situations with limited information and tight deadlines, and able to quickly adjust direction
Having experience working closely with the founding team, able to effectively drive the integration of strategy and operations in a startup company, rather than merely acting as an executor
Skilled at maintaining strategic flexibility in a rapidly changing market environment while ensuring the stability and efficiency of daily operations
