Responsibilities
Manage and grow a personal book of business
Collaborate with attorneys across different practice groups and jurisdictions
Utilize firm resources, including IT, marketing, and administrative support
Participate in practice group meetings and firm-wide networking opportunities
Engage in business development to expand client base
Work with associates, counsel, and paralegals for case management
Maintain responsiveness to clients and colleagues
Adhere to firm policies and professional standards
Qualification
Required
Portable book of business
Minimum of 7-8 years of legal experience
Admitted to the bar in the state of residence
Strong business acumen and client relationship skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage financial risk
Willingness to collaborate in a remote work environment
Experience handling cases where clients are businesses or business owners
