The Sports Events & Partnerships Intern will support athlete-driven activations and project management for events, gaining hands-on experience in the sports and wellness sectors.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating youth sports camps, flag football clinics, health fairs, and community events
Organize and maintain project timelines, run-of-show documents, and event logistics
Support internal cross-team coordination (sponsorship, partnerships, media, admin)
Help prepare itineraries, appearance schedules, and activation plans for NFL/NBA athletes
Communicate with health vendors, wellness partners, and community organizations
Support the setup and operations of remote event workflows
Research potential partners, brands, and organizations aligned with youth sports and public health
Assist in outreach prep: list building, drafting emails, and managing CRM entries
Track deliverables and follow up with partners as needed
Assist with basic Canva designs, event decks, and visual materials (training provided)
Join weekly virtual meetings and complete assigned tasks by deadline
Capture notes, summarize updates, and support team communication streams
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sports events, athlete engagement, health/wellness, or project management
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with a distributed team
Proactive, reliable, and excited to learn
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, or project tools is a plus (not required)
