The role involves responding to athlete DMs, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a professional experience for athlete ambassadors.

Responsibilities
Respond to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
Maintain strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
Answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions using provided playbooks
Escalate unique requests/issues to the founding team quickly
Log and track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball)
Represent Pepper’s brand voice with energy, positivity, and care
Qualification
Required
Excellent written English and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability — no mistakes in athlete onboarding
Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools
Ability to manage a high volume of athlete communication
Preferred
Passion for sports, NIL, and athlete culture
