Responsibilities
Lead and support production team members during assigned shifts
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met
Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to maintain efficiency
Train and coach employees on standard operating procedures and safety practices
Enforce company policies, safety rules, and quality standards
Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns as needed
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve processes and performance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of production processes, safety, and quality standards
Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Preferred
Technical or associate degree preferred
Prior lead, team lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
