Responsibilities

Serve as a technical authority on control system architecture and automation strategy

Lead design, development, and deployment of control systems from R&D to production

Architect and optimize closed-loop control strategies

Evaluate, select, and integrate PLCs, IPCs, drives, and sensors

Implement advanced sensing, motion, and ML-enabled predictive control

Collaborate with process and mechanical teams for scalable system architectures

Integrate multi-module systems into turnkey equipment solutions

Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and guide commissioning

Manage vendor engagement for hardware and software solutions

Oversee electrical panel architecture and builds

Ensure designs meet IEC standards, industrial safety, and OT network requirements

Maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python tools

Produce and review control system documentation
