Responsibilities
Underwrite and structure fix & flip, bridge, and DSCR loans across residential, multifamily, and mixed-use properties
Assess risk, analyze borrower and collateral strength, and make sound, data-driven credit decisions
Collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams to align underwriting with deal strategy and client goals
Lead and mentor the underwriting team, building scalable systems and best practices
Play a key strategic role in driving company growth and shaping the credit culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in real estate loan underwriting (bridge, fix & flip, DSCR preferred)
Strong analytical skills and an ability to assess complex financial scenarios
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally and think like an investor
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
