Inside Sales Representative

LHH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their Jacksonville-based team. This onsite role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, building customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound sales calls
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or services
Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales orders
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and market trends

Required

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call-center experience
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and follow-ups
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
