Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with agency partners across Southeast Florida
Drive agency performance through coaching, training, and strategic development initiatives
Support onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing agencies
Conduct in-person visits, performance reviews, and business planning sessions
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase production and retention
Serve as a liaison between agencies and internal teams
Monitor agency metrics, compliance, and operational effectiveness
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of agency activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in agency management, business development, sales, or field leadership
Strong relationship-building, coaching, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%
