Responsibilities
Accountable for the planning, forecasting and monitoring of the company's financial performance
Development of financial and operational metrics tied to strategy
Ongoing development and monitoring of internal control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results
Ensuring full transparency over the financial performance of the Reporting Unit
Serves as the leader of the Reporting Unit's Finance and Accounting team
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large aerospace corporation
Experience in partnering with an executive team
High level of written and oral communication skills
Strong Cost Accounting knowledge to monitor Industrial Performance and aid in robust forecasting
10 years of management experience working with a team of 8+ members
Preferred
MBA in Finance
Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA) or equivalent
Experience working in a cross-functional/international team environment
