Talent Sourcer (Internal Talent Acquisition)
Front Page Agency Inc. is growing, and they are looking for a Remote Talent Sourcer to proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent before they apply. This internal, outbound-focused role is designed for someone who enjoys connecting with people and building strong candidate pipelines in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach via LinkedIn messages, email, and text
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner closely with HR and hiring managers to understand role priorities
Track outreach activity, response rates, and candidate engagement
Represent Front Page Agency’s culture, values, and growth opportunities professionally
Qualification
Required
Interest or experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or talent acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and consistent follow-up
Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote setting
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn or recruiting platforms is a plus but not required
