They are seeking a Customer Implementation & Support Specialist to assist with onboarding new customers, supporting existing users, and ensuring successful adoption of their software.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and software setup through our web-based software
Support customers via scheduled phone calls (approximately 3–4 hours per day)
Import, review, and validate customer data using Excel (CSV/XLS)
Assist customers with environmental and safety data configuration and workflows
Troubleshoot setup and data issues and guide customers to resolution
Document customer configurations and onboarding progress
Coordinate with internal teams when issues require escalation
Communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical users

Required

2+ years experience in customer support, customer success, or software onboarding
Comfortable leading client phone calls and explaining software workflows
Strong Excel skills (filters, formulas, data cleanup, CSV handling)
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow defined processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must reside in Colorado

Preferred

Experience with SaaS or B2B software
Exposure to environmental, health, or safety (EHS) programs or software
Experience working with regulated industries (construction, manufacturing, utilities, environmental services)
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
