Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Abdou Law Offices, LLC is seeking a candidate with great interpersonal skills to act as the firm’s receptionist and office administrative assistant. The role involves fielding client calls and assisting with administrative duties in the real estate practice.
Responsibilities
Answering new and current client calls
Drafting letters/emails related to real estate
Filing and archiving
Managing all office functions (ie. inventory, supplies, vendors)
Firm scheduling
General office support functions
Qualification

Prior law firm experience
Strong communication skills
Strong writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Strong time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Experience with MS Office, specifically MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to think and work independently
Willingness to learn
