Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently

Manage cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed

Assist customers with inquiries about menu items and promotions

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area to meet health standards

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

Support kitchen staff as needed during peak hours

Required

Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry or quick-service restaurant

Proficient in using POS systems, with Aloha experience being a plus

Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is desirable
