Responsibilities
Development & Customization: Configure and customize the ITAM module (HAM/SAM) using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
Integration: Build integrations with discovery tools, procurement systems, and SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS) via REST/SOAP APIs
Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the acquisition, tracking, utilization, and disposition of hardware and software assets
Data Management: Maintain CMDB integrity, ensure data accuracy, and resolve data conflicts
Compliance: Implement solutions for software licensing compliance and governance
Collaboration: Work with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
Platform Maintenance: Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring
