Responsibilities

Lead large-scale IT projects and transform project management practices at a client of Insight Global's
Focus heavily on Oracle HCM implementations and other Oracle/Microsoft solutions
Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution, manage vendors, and drive agile delivery

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
10+ years in IT program/project management, including leadership roles
Proven experience with Oracle HCM and other Oracle cloud products
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
Expertise in agile methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 360, Azure EDW, and Power Apps
Familiarity with field service business processes
PMP or ITIL certification preferred
Experience in construction, energy, or engineering industries – NO candidates from the banks!!
