This role involves managing proposals from start to finish, translating strategy into strong visual layouts, and ensuring polished, client-focused submissions.

Responsibilities

Translate proposal strategy and vision into compelling, brand-compliant layouts and graphics

Lead proposal planning, including schedules, responsibility matrices, and content outlines

Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and refine proposal narratives

Review narratives for compliance, clarity, relevance, and messaging consistency

Proofread, edit, and rewrite content to ensure a singular voice and error-free submissions

Manage timelines and proactively track deliverables across local and remote teams

Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance proposal efficiency

Mentor junior proposal team members on best practices and design standards

Coordinate interview materials and support interview preparation when required
