Responsibilities
Advise employers on environmental and workplace safety matters that intersect with labor/employment compliance
Workplace safety regulatory counseling and compliance strategy
EPA compliance guidance and program development
Risk assessments, audits, and compliance training support
Responding to enforcement actions, investigations, and regulatory inquiries
Advising on compliance integration for multi-state or national employers
Developing client relationships and expanding firm presence in this space
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
Strong background in environmental compliance, with an emphasis on workplace safety regulations and employer-facing advisory work
Demonstrated ability to lead matters independently and counsel sophisticated clients
Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multiple bars a plus)
Business development mindset and desire to grow a practice within a collaborative platform
Income Partner: Coming in with portable book of business of $500,000+
Equity Partner: Coming in with portable book of business of $1,000,000+
