Senior Wealth Advisor
Capstone Financial Advisors is a 100% employee-owned firm providing personalized wealth management to high-net-worth clients. They are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor with a Family Office Specialty to lead advisory relationships, deliver integrated strategies, and mentor junior advisors.

Responsibilities
Lead existing advisory relationships for complex high-net-worth and family office clients
Deliver advanced, integrated strategies across wealth, tax, estate, philanthropy, and investments
Drive growth by developing new client relationships
Access potential pathways to ownership in our 100% employee-owned firm
Mentor and develop junior advisors and team members
Financial Planning: Guide families in formalizing and achieving objectives; prepare reports; support implementation across planning areas
Tax & Estate: Support the review of individual, trust, and business entity tax returns; monitor compliance; support tax and estate strategies; coordinate with outside counsel and preparers
Investments: Oversee portfolio construction and asset allocation; evaluate public and private opportunities with the CIO
Legal, Estate & Compliance: Review trust and business agreements; assist with wealth transfer strategies; ensure compliance with registrations and reporting
Risk & Liquidity: Analyze exposures across various asset classes; coordinate with outside professionals to ensure appropriate property insurance coverage for high-value items; ensure liquidity for family needs and capital commitments
Family Office Services: Help organize and document family meetings and discussions; support governance, succession, and philanthropy; build relationships with multiple generations; assist with business oversight
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of relevant experience
CFP, CPA, JD or CFA required; CFP preferred
Proven ability to manage complex high-net-worth or family office clients
Strong technical expertise, critical thinking, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with commitment to mentoring and leadership
