Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance advanced Excel-based financial models to calculate and evaluate asset-related contracts
Analyze contract structures involving physical assets, including pricing, terms, utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle costs
Perform quantitative analysis to support contract valuation, ROI, profitability, and risk assessment
Develop standardized calculation frameworks and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across contracts
Partner with operations, legal, and commercial teams to interpret contract terms and translate them into financial models
Validate assumptions, inputs, and outputs to ensure mathematical and financial integrity
Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and break-even analyses to support decision-making
Prepare clear, concise financial summaries and recommendations for leadership
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Excel and related tools
Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and explanation of contract calculations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, contract modeling, asset valuation, or a similar analytical role
Advanced Excel skills required, including complex formulas, nested functions, lookup functions, pivot tables, and data validation
Strong mathematical and quantitative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience modeling contracts tied to physical or capital-intensive assets
