Responsibilities

Conduct quality control testing on products and materials
Analyze test results and report deviations
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Document quality control procedures and findings
Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Perform biochemical/immunological and cell-based assays in support of clinical and to-be-marketed products
Support process development, product characterization, stability, and lot release testing with established procedures in a cGMP environment
Routine execution of sample preparation and testing
Compliance review and release of assay data (electronic and paper-based)
Preparing reagents
Presenting results
Monitoring assay quality
Demonstrating Good Documentation Practices
Demonstrating ALCOA+ principles
Data integrity
Routine lab maintenance
Following EHS safety practices

Required

B.S. in Biological Sciences with 1-5 years of relevant laboratory experience
Hands-on experience with performing immunological or cell-based assays including ELISA, PCR, cell killing, and flow cytometry assays
Experience with aseptic cell culturing is required
Ability to work independently as well as with a team, handle multiple projects, demonstrate initiative while maintaining exceptional attention-to-detail
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Required proficiency in computer applications, data management, and electronic documentation systems

Preferred

Prior experience with Benchling, Client FACSDiva/FACSLyric, and FlowJo along with GxP-compliant systems such as global SoftMax Pro, Single LIMS, and Veeva QMS is highly preferred
Experience with laboratory testing preferred
