LeadStack Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Contractor to join the DashPass Partnerships team at DoorDash. The role involves managing strategic partnerships to drive subscriber growth and engagement, while executing marketing activations and analyzing performance data.

Experimentation execution
Experiment analysis (including SQL and Sigma visualizations)
Summarizing key takeaways
Findings for multi-level cross-functional stakeholders, using data to ideate next steps. Main priority is the growth and lifecycle management of Partnership within DashPass to improve the offerings of DashPass beyond food delivery
Challenges include being a generalist who can work across varying disciplines (e.g., strategy & operations, product, design, marketing, data science, engineering, finance, legal etc.)
Position that enables you to be an owner and create opportunities for the business
Launch high-impact campaigns and design, set up and monitor A/B experiments to learn and iterate
Weekly reporting on metrics, experiments results and build workback schedules. Team is trying to unlock more enticing benefits to retain subscribers. Role will be highly XFN (eng/product/analytics/marketing)
Qualification
Required
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable learning new software and using many different programs
Self-starter with a bias for action
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Analytical with the ability to use data to inform tough decisions
Comfortable operating at both the 10,000 foot level and at the 10 inch level
Unafraid of ambiguity and able to dive into difficult problems
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience with Google Sheets and SQL required
Preferred
Intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred
