4+ years exp4 Corner Resources is seeking an IT Project Coordinator – Infrastructure to join their IT Implementation team. This role is responsible for supporting IT operations and coordinating infrastructure-focused projects across multiple locations, requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support IT infrastructure projects related to acquisitions, new locations, relocations, mergers, and internal initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task tracking
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
Create and manage scopes of work, including objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure, equipment, and network needs
Design IT infrastructure layouts for new and existing locations
Configure and support Meraki-based network solutions
Coordinate third-party vendors for ISP circuits, VoIP systems, hardware procurement, and installations
Oversee on-site technicians to ensure quality and timely project execution
Plan and execute network cabling, migrations, and software integrations
Support hardware and software deployments, testing, and validation
Integrate industry-specific devices and software into existing environments
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex technical issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of IT support or hands-on technical experience in a help desk or computer support environment
Experience supporting or coordinating IT infrastructure or technical projects
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
Strong understanding of network infrastructure design and implementation
Demonstrated experience supporting Windows-based environments
Ability to diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred
Experience with Meraki network environments
Background supporting healthcare or regulated environments
Experience coordinating vendors and third-party service providers
Familiarity with hardware deployments, VoIP systems, and ISP coordination
