Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance programs
Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring training, motivation, and performance management
Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate effective, timely repairs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset records using a CMMS system
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational goals and minimize disruption
Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Lead or support capital improvement projects and facility upgrades
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools

Preferred
Six Sigma certification preferred
Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field preferred
