Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing solutions

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all staffing activities in our applicant tracking system

Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitate smooth integration into client organizations

Participate in workforce planning and strategy sessions to identify staffing needs and opportunities for process improvement

Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics and project statuses

Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement initiatives and training programs
