2+ years expCherish Hospice is seeking a Community Marketer / Liaison in the Springfield/Dayton area. The Marketing Representative will play a vital role in generating referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and local resources.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, personal care homes, etc
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote community recognition, enhance census growth, and increase referrals
Track Referral trends, monitor development and identify key target marketing opportunities
Plan and organize marketing events and informational sessions
Educate stakeholders about hospice care
Oversee initial patient consent for hospice care and ensure documentation is processed correctly
Attend weekly meetings to discuss successes, competitor insights, and future growth opportunities
Meet quotas and/or expectations set by the Director of Business Development
Qualification
Required
Strong, effective communication skills, and responsiveness to client needs
Ability to build personal relationships quickly
Effective leadership, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with insured vehicle and reliable transportation
Deep compassion and integrity in patient care and adherence to hospice philosophy
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
