OPERATIONS ANALYST

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational and recruiting processes that support company growth without added complexity
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to run efficient interview scheduling and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
Plan and execute events with universities and user groups using repeatable, well-documented playbooks
Manage vendor relationships and workflows, including company merchandise for new hires, candidates, and career fairs
Support customer and VIP visits and in-house or off-site team events
General operational support where and when needed!

A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that are easy to maintain and enable rapid iteration
Operational expertise and an ability to own outcomes to completion
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security clearance
In office, 5 days a week
