Responsibilities
Perform high-level CC inspections, installations, and maintenance while ensuring consistency with company and industry standards
Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain operational excellence
Review project scopes, goals, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide daily progress reports to Project Managers and document project expenses in a timely manner
Strictly adhere to company health and safety policies and maintain a deep understanding of safety regulations
Qualification
Required
A qualification in CC inspection, installation, and maintenance (or equivalent)
Ability to carry 100 lbs on uneven terrain and work in all weather conditions, from high heat to variety of precipitation
Proficiency with power/hand tools, basic carpentry, and heavy equipment (skid steer, boom lifts, etc.)
Proven experience working at height with a focus on risk management
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is required
Critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to thrive under stress
